• The Polypropylene sheets are made into a box like structure to suit external dimensions.
• The welding inside the racks is done using Polypropylene rods.
• Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) is then reinforced outside using the latest bonding technology.
• Polypropylene sheets are welded inside to make required number of shelves using “Fusion Welding Technology” using Polypropylene welding rods/wires.
• Proper load bars using polypropylene sheets and rods are given in bottom of each rack to enable shelves to withstand weight of the chemical bottles kept.
• Box like channel is fitted on two sides of the cabinet with holes in bottom to allow the possible chemical fumes to be vented out (Applicable only for closed cabinets).
• The hinges & tower bolts are made of PTMT (chemical resistant).
• Two vents on top side of the cabinet are given using 65-70 mm PVC pipe (The pipe is connected to an exhaust system or AHU or blower/motor to vent out the fumes).
