• Available with appropriate blower/impeller to exhaust the fumes
• Maximum fume suction capacity of 1200 cubic feet per minute (We can also make available variable air volume fume hoods for air-conditioned laboratories)
• Suitable polypropylene (PP GEL) ducting is provided with FRP lining, flanges, and elbows based on the type & velocity of fumes to be extracted out
• Working surface of fume hoods is black granite of thickness 19-20 m or epoxy
• We can provide single/ double doors for fume hoods that are balanced with suitable counter/sash weights, wire ropes & pulleys
• Suitable modular structure of various sizes can be arranged at the bottom of hoods for enabling storage of chemicals, re-agents & other useful materials
• If LPG cylinders are to be kept at the bottom, provision for same can also can be given
• Suitable scrubbers (optional) can be provided as per the requirement of pollution control norms
• We can also provide air velocity / alarm monitors in fume hoods to check temperature/pressure of fumes exhaust system, at extra costs (Clients can opt for such monitors according to their budget)
• The required number of brass/copper valves for air, water, nitrogen, outlet, vacuum, are provided on specific requirement of customers
• The fume cup-boards delivered are performance guaranteed for 12 months (We visit our customers on regular intervals to monitor efficiency of the fume cup-boards)
